Medical transport with health-insurance advice
For compelling medical reasons there is an entitlement under § 60 SGB V; a medical prescription is required. The statutory co-payment under § 61 SGB V is 10 % of the fare, at least 5 € and at most 10 € per ride.
Your health insurance decides on cost coverage.
